terms and conditions: norf. reserves the right to cancel any order and our only liability is to provide the customer with a refund for the total value of goods on the order and the shipping cost of said order. Prices, availability of products and services on this site are subject to change without notice. Every reasonable effort will be made to correct any errors where discovered.
norf. reserves the right to revoke any advertised offer and correct any errors and/or inaccuracies before, during or after an order has been processed. If your order is cancelled after payment has been received, norf. will issue a credit back to your account for the exact amount of the charge.  How soon you receive this credit will be dictated by your individual bank.

Returns:
Unwanted items may be returned provided the following conditions are met - Unwanted items shipped within the UK may be returned for a refund or exchange within 28 days of receipt of goods. Items returned must be in sellable condition, unworn and unwashed, with all original tags in place and must be accompanied by a returns authorisation number. Any items returned which are not in sellable condition, have been worn/washed and/or are not accompanied by a returns authorisation number will not be exchanged/credited. norf. reserves the right to deny refunds if your return does not meet these returns policy requirements. you will also be eligible for the cost of return shipment back to you. After 28 days all sales are FINAL. Items should be returned within 3 days of receiving your returns authorisation number or the authorisation to return will become invalid. To obtain a returns authorisation number, email [email protected] and provide your name, order number, item(s) you wish to return and reason for the return. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs. norf. does not accept responsibility for reimbursement or compensation for lost returns packages without proof of delivery. Upon receipt and inspection of returned goods a refund will then be issued via the same method the original purchase was made. Refunds will be processed as soon as possible. Please allow up to 14 days for your refund to be processed and up to two billing cycles for the refund to appear on you billing statement.
